Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
- Ability to move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends
- Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced and sometimes crowded environment
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or related hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Promptly deliver food to the correct guests according to table and position numbers
- Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
- Safely and effectively transport food or beverages to a table of three in a single trip
- Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment
- Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
- Ability to multi-task calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
- Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels
