Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
  • Ability to move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends
  • Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced and sometimes crowded environment
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or related hospitality role preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and follow instructions accurately
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Promptly deliver food to the correct guests according to table and position numbers
  • Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
  • Safely and effectively transport food or beverages to a table of three in a single trip
  • Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment
  • Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
  • Ability to multi-task calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
  • Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels
