Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
1+ years of food running or bussing preferred
ServSafe, Food Handling and Alcohol training certifications required
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management
Effective communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations in a positive manner
Must be able to maintain strong attention to detail while able to prioritize in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
Have integrity and can be counted on to do the right thing
Available nights, holidays and weekends

Job Duties

Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service and following all In Seat Dining procedures
Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Demonstrate commitment and integrity at all times by double checking orders and communicating with kitchen/expediter/supervisors if orders are incorrect or incomplete
Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling by demonstrating knowledge of the menu and Cinepolis offerings
Clean auditoriums by removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items
Assist team members including scanning tickets, cleaning, restroom checks, and ringing up guests at concessions or box office
Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to the proper resource if unable to assist
Be cognizant of movie projection issues and communicate with management when problems arise
Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures including other duties
Acknowledge guests by Cinepolis standards
Attend and participate in trainings and meetings
