The position available is for a Runner role within Elevate Entertainment Group. The Runner is responsible for delivering outstanding service by providing quick and friendly food and beverage delivery to guests while maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of dining and kitchen areas. This role is essential in ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

In this role, the Runner will engage directly with guests, presenting an outgoing, approachable, and hospitable demeanor. They will prepare drinks, desserts, popcorn, and milkshakes, serve food and beverages in a timely fashion, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all common areas including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and entertainment zones such as bowling lanes and game rooms. Additionally, the Runner will complete all designated opening, closing, and side-work duties, ensuring that the environment remains welcoming and operationally efficient throughout all shifts.

Candidates must meet key requirements including being at least 18 years of age, possessing a high school diploma or GED certification, and holding valid Food Handler’s and state alcohol certificates. The role demands flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including peak hours. Physical stamina is necessary due to prolonged standing, walking, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • HS diploma or GED certification
  • Food handler's and state alcohol certificate required
  • Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and drinks to guests with a friendly attitude
  • Prepare drinks at drink station for guests
  • Prepare popcorn, desserts and milkshakes for guests
  • Execute daily food/beverage preparation list
  • Practice high food safety guidelines and standards
  • Know the full restaurant and bar menu, as well as presentation guidelines per item
  • Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including but not limited to, lobby, restrooms, countertops, hallways, trash receptacles, game room, bowling lanes, self-service stations
  • Complete all opening, closing and side-work duties
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
