This role is essential in supporting an elevated dining experience that reflects the highest standards of hospitality the company is known for. As a Runner, you will be the critical link between the kitchen and the dining room, responsible for the seamless delivery and presentation of culinary offerings. The position demands precision, timeliness, and care in handling each dish, ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience from kitchen to table. The ideal candidate will be passionate about high-quality guest service, thrive within a collaborative team environment, and hold a firm commitment to excellence in every detail of their work.\n\nIn this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating a warm and inviting guest experience by delivering first-class service at all times. You will lead the delivery and presentation of dishes, supporting the kitchen expediting process to maintain smooth flow and communication between the back and front of the house. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining a curated and orderly service environment, including polishing areas, service stations, and the expediting line. Anticipating guest needs and assisting with clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables during service are crucial components of the role. The Runner position requires you to embody RH hospitality standards consistently through personal presentation, menu knowledge, and a detail-oriented mindset. Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing or culinary support role
  • Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying at the time of application
  • Must meet the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work certain shifts, and/or perform the full scope of kitchen responsibilities, in accordance with local labor and safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing or culinary support role
  • Legal authorization to work in the country at the time of application
  • Meet minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work certain shifts, and perform kitchen responsibilities according to local laws
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs using proper techniques
  • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
  • Commitment to safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen

Job Duties

  • Create a warm and inviting experience by delivering first class service at all times
