Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant as a runner or busser
Experience providing excellent customer service
Positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with all members of the team
Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised
Ability to follow direction, and listen to constructive feedback
Experience working with Japanese cuisine

Experience as a runner or busser in a high-volume restaurant

Job Duties

Deliver food and beverages efficiently and accurately to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Assist with bussing tables and resetting them promptly
Support kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service
Adhere to health and safety regulations
Follow management directions and respond positively to feedback
