Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant as a runner or busser
  • Experience providing excellent customer service
  • Positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with all members of the team
  • Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised
  • Ability to follow direction, and listen to constructive feedback
  • Experience working with Japanese cuisine

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverages efficiently and accurately to guests

  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Follow management directions and respond positively to feedback
