  • two years of line cook experience preferred

  • physical stamina for lifting and standing

Job Duties

  • prepare dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
  • monitor food production, quality, and consistency
  • manage individual cooking stations effectively
  • assist with staffing level evaluations and department training
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • provide direction in the sous chef’s absence
  • maintain communication with kitchen staff and management
