- two years of line cook experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- physical stamina for lifting and standing

Job Duties
- prepare dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- monitor food production, quality, and consistency
- manage individual cooking stations effectively
- assist with staffing level evaluations and department training
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- provide direction in the sous chef’s absence
- maintain communication with kitchen staff and management
