Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment
  • fluency in English and Spanish
  • proficiency with hotel property management systems such as Opera and ALICE
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • high attention to detail and discretion
  • valid work permit for Spain or citizenship of the European Union

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar luxury hotel or hospitality role
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • fluent in English and Spanish, additional languages advantageous
  • proficient in hotel systems including Opera, ALICE, HotSOS, Microsoft Office Suite
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • warm, empathetic, and detail-oriented
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • high sense of responsibility and discretion
  • citizenship of the European Union or valid work permit for Spain

Job Duties

  • Answer all incoming calls with impeccable telephone etiquette and brand-aligned greetings
  • deliver accurate information on hotel services, facilities, promotions, and general inquiries
  • handle and process wake-up call requests with precision
  • manage in-room dining orders by capturing detailed information and coordinating with the kitchen
  • respond promptly to housekeeping and turndown requests ensuring follow-up
  • handle maintenance requests and coordinate with Engineering team for efficient resolution
  • assist with Concierge-related queries such as restaurant recommendations, transportation, ticket bookings
  • log, track and close guest requests using property management systems
  • monitor and handle emergency calls and critical situations adhering to hotel protocols
  • ensure all guest interactions adhere to Forbes 5-Star and LQA service standards
  • support creation and enhancement of guest profiles and prepare VIP arrival reports
  • collaborate with Butler, Guest Experience and Rooms Division teams for personalized guest service
  • conduct online research for profile enhancement of high-profile guests
  • handle VIP communications professionally
  • participate in interdepartmental projects and perform clerical duties
  • provide support to other departments during high occupancy periods or special events
  • perform additional logical tasks aligned with the role
