Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Meet all DOT requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or military service
- Strong customer service skills
- Prior experience in customer service or delivery roles a plus
- Tech-savvy
- Physical stamina to lift and carry 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or military service
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements including physical exam
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery roles preferred
- Comfortable using technology to enhance service
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Manage an assigned route by delivering and picking up garments and products daily
- Assist in daily operations by loading and unloading route trucks
- Ensure on-time and accurate deliveries and returns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Identify upselling opportunities to grow the route
- Operate a company walk-in truck safely and responsibly
- Troubleshoot service issues and manage inventory
- Maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule servicing the same customers weekly
