Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to problem solve and handle a variety customer service situations
- Ability to negotiate, train, coach and lead a team
- Strong computer proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 21 years of age
- Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence
- Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Compliance with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards

- Results-driven relationship manager who can actively support the team and customers
- Experience working with and supporting Route Service Representatives and Supervisors
- High School Diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to problem solve and handle various customer service situations
- Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team
- Strong computer proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence
- Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Compliance with minimum auto insurance requirements for those driving personal vehicles for business purposes
Job Duties
- Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
- Build strong relationships with customers and elevate the team’s level of achievement in customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with location management team to provide the best customer service and product programs
- Negotiate customer contract renewals
