Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to problem solve and handle various customer service situations
- Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence
- Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Compliance with minimum auto insurance requirements for those driving personal vehicles for business
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience

Job Duties
- Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
