Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Prior customer service experience
Ability to problem solve and handle various customer service situations
Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team
Strong computer proficiency (MS Office)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be 21 years of age
Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence
Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Compliance with minimum auto insurance requirements for those driving personal vehicles for business

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior customer service experience
Business savvy with ability to increase profit and grow customer satisfaction
Results-driven and relationship management skills
Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team
Strong computer proficiency including MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be at least 21 years old

Job Duties

Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
Build strong relationships with customers and elevate team’s customer satisfaction
Collaborate closely with location management team to provide the best customer service and product programs
Negotiate customer contract renewals
Manage account growth and profitability
Support and coach team members in their roles
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
