Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Ability to problem solve and handle various customer service situations
  • Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence
  • Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Compliance with minimum auto insurance requirements for those driving personal vehicles for business

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Business savvy with ability to increase profit and grow customer satisfaction
  • Results-driven and relationship management skills
  • Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team
  • Strong computer proficiency including MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid non-commercial driver’s license in state of residence
  • Ability to pass pre-employment DOT physical
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
  • Build strong relationships with customers and elevate team’s customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with location management team to provide the best customer service and product programs
  • Negotiate customer contract renewals
  • Manage account growth and profitability
  • Support and coach team members in their roles
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
