The Service Technician role at USS is pivotal, serving as the frontline representative responsible for the operation and maintenance of the company’s service trucks and portable restroom units. The Service Technician will perform routine servicing, pumping, and cleaning duties on portable restrooms and holding tanks, adhering strictly to USS's 8-point service standard. Beyond technical skills, this role demands excellent customer interaction capabilities to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as the technician may need to adjust routes or schedules to meet dynamic site requirements, providing feedback to supervisors to optimize operational efficiency.

Physically demanding, the job requires the ability to perform various movements including sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting weights up to 150 pounds regularly. Safety and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) policies are mandatory, highlighting the importance of safe truck operation and secure workplace practices.

This full-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $20.42 to $27.57, reflecting factors like geographic location, experience, skills, and certifications.
