The role of Service Technician at United Site Services is pivotal to the company's success. Beyond technical skills, the role demands physical stamina and the ability to manage a range of movements such as sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting between 50 to 150 pounds regularly during a shift. Customer service is an integral part of the role, requiring clear communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and any service adjustments are accommodated with flexibility and professionalism. Technicians are also expected to collaborate with operational leadership to optimize route efficiency and provide strategic insight into customer requirements.

Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of commercial driving experience
- Valid driver license (CDL or non-commercial)
- Ability to perform physical duties including lifting between 50 and 150 lbs
- Ability to adapt to route changes and flexible scheduling
- Ability to work safely following USS and DOT regulations
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service
- Capacity to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of commercial driving experience
- Valid driver license (CDL or non-commercial)
- Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision making skills
Job Duties
- Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements
- Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with USS and DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries
- Perform duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- perform lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs. frequently during work shifts
- Conduct portable toilets servicing to USS 8 point service standard
- Perform customer service interaction on customer work sites to ensure service completion
- Adapt to route changes to meet customer needs
- Provide routing feedback to operations manager/supervisor/coordinator to maximize efficiency and service quality
- Strategically plan customer needs by discussing portable toilet services to meet current and future requirements
