Flowers Bakeries Sales of NorCal, LLC, a division within Flowers Foods, is seeking a high-performing Route Sales Representative (RSR) to join their team. This full-time position offers annual compensation ranging between $75,000 and $91,000, comprised of a base hourly wage plus commission. The RSR is responsible for daily vehicle checks, maintaining accurate records, promptly reporting maintenance needs, and filling out all necessary logs related to driving and hours of service.

Flexibility is essential for success in this role, with start times typically around 3:00 am and scheduled days off on Wednesdays and Sundays. The RSR is expected to increase sales by expanding shelf space, creatively displaying in-store promotions, and ensuring products on shelves are rotated to maximize shelf life. Utilizing data and marketing plans, an effective RSR works collaboratively with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

This role demands adaptability as service must align with customer-designated delivery windows and may sometimes require working non-traditional hours.
