Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Ability to stand walk sit bend climb and perform repetitive movements throughout the day
- Willingness to work in outdoor and warehouse environments around machinery and noise
- Comfortable using handheld electronic devices
- Participation in Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program providing own smartphone that meets company security standards
Job Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules or unexpected events
- High attention to detail quality and accuracy
- Dependability and strong time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- At least one year of experience as a route driver or similar role preferred
Job Duties
- Safely operate a company vehicle following all traffic laws and best practices
- Inspect the truck before and after each route and report any issues
- Load and unload products between warehouse and truck
- Restock vending machines and markets ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning
- Rotate products to maintain freshness and uphold quality standards
- Perform minor machine maintenance including clearing jams and updating pricing
- Collect and transport cash from machines and markets
- Make accurate entries in handheld devices
- Support customer needs promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized customer-ready presentation
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment
