Work environments may vary from warehouses and outdoor settings to spaces with machinery and high traffic, requiring the ability to adapt and perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy products. The schedule might involve occasional evenings or weekends with extensive travel during work hours.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills, adaptability to changing schedules or events, meticulous attention to detail, dependability, great time-management, and a professional appearance with a positive attitude. The role demands comfort with handheld electronic devices and participation in the company's Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program. Previous experience as a route driver or in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
