Job Description

Aramark is a global leader in food services, facilities management, and uniform services, proudly serving millions of guests every day across 15 countries. Rooted deeply in service with a unified purpose, Aramark is committed to doing great things not only for its partners and customers but also for its communities and the planet. Known for fostering a culture that values equal employment opportunity, diversity, and inclusion, Aramark believes in empowering every employee to reach their full potential while contributing meaningfully to their roles and the company’s mission.

As a Route Driver/Account Representative at Aramark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and service of vending machines and markets across your designated route. This full-time position involves extensive travel during the workday and requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a cooperative team. The hourly compensation for this role starts at $20.00, reflecting Aramark’s commitment to fairly remunerating the dependable and safety-conscious professionals they employ.

In this position, your primary responsibility will be managing a daily route where you will service customer locations by restocking vending machines, maintaining product quality, and performing minor machine maintenance. You will ensure all vending machines and markets are well-stocked, clean, organized, and functioning correctly while rotating products to maintain freshness and meet Aramark’s quality and sanitation standards. The role requires careful attention to inventory management, documenting usage and waste, and handling cash collection from machines with precision.

Safety is paramount in this role; you will be responsible for the safe operation of company vehicles, vehicle inspections, and maneuvering through varied environments such as receiving docks, service bays, and high-traffic areas. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a professional and positive customer presence at all times, supporting customer needs and contributing to a positive team environment.

This role demands physical stamina and flexibility as it involves lifting and moving heavy products, standing and walking throughout the day, and working in outdoor or warehouse environments. Being comfortable with handheld electronic devices and participating in the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program is also necessary to efficiently perform job duties such as cash handling and inventory tracking.

Aramark offers comprehensive benefits to eligible employees, such as medical, dental, vision, retirement savings plans like 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and disability coverage. These benefits may vary by location and employee eligibility but highlight the company’s dedication to supporting its workforce beyond the workplace.

Choosing a career with Aramark means joining a team committed to mutual success and growth. Aramark values a workforce that is professional, dependable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, delivering exceptional customer service, and embracing a hands-on role that involves travel and active daily tasks. If you are a detail-oriented and safety-conscious professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills, Aramark invites you to apply and become a valued member of their team.
