Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, climb, and perform repetitive movements
- Willingness to work in outdoor and warehouse environments
- Comfortable using handheld electronic devices
- Participation in Bring Your Own Device program providing a smartphone that meets security standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience as a route driver or similar role preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependability and strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Safely operate company vehicle and perform vehicle inspections before and after routes
- Load and unload products between warehouse and truck
- Restock vending machines and markets ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Rotate products to maintain freshness and quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory counts reporting usage and waste
- Perform minor maintenance on machines and clean as necessary
- Collect and transport cash from machines and markets
- Support customer needs professionally and maintain positive team environment
