Compensation for this Route Relief Driver role starts at $24.15 per hour and is adjusted based on education, experience, qualifications, and assignment location. Those who transition to a permanent route sales and service representative can expect an average total annual compensation exceeding $80,000, with opportunities to earn even more through commission-based incentives.

In this role, drivers will handle a variety of tasks including soliciting new business, managing delivery schedules, maintaining good customer relations, and ensuring vehicle cleanliness and maintenance. Candidates must be comfortable loading and unloading the truck with up to 50-pound bags of linen and have a clean driver’s license. Safety and professionalism are paramount as drivers represent Mission Linen Supply at customer locations and uphold company standards.
