Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Class B commercial driver’s license (CDL) with medical card
- preferred endorsements include airbrake, tanker, and hazmat
- ability to lift and maneuver hoses weighing up to 55 lbs
- ability to climb ladders and handle heavy grates and manhole covers
- pass pre-employment physical including drug and alcohol screening
- meet motor vehicle record standards including no excessive speeding, no DUI, or multiple collisions
- ability to wear personal protective equipment such as respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to safely operate equipment and electronic devices
- ability to plan and manage sales routes
- ability to adhere to safety and regulatory compliance
- experience in route sales preferred
- comfortable working independently
Job Duties
- Manage and grow assigned territory by building strong relationships with customers
- operate vacuum truck and handle hoses, waste storage units, and related equipment
- identify sales opportunities and recommend appropriate services
- plan efficient routes and work independently
- promote and adhere to all safety guidelines and corporate policies
- complete required paperwork accurately
- achieve sales quotas and contribute to new customer development
