We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Vacuum Sales & Service Representatives to join our fast-growing team. This is a full-time opportunity with a local route that allows you to be home every night, providing an excellent work-life balance. The role offers a competitive salary structure with an average annual earning potential ranging between $70,000 and $85,000 after the first year, combining base pay and commission. Additionally, new employees receive a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000 and benefit from a six-month guaranteed training pay of $1,100 per week to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
As a Vacuum Sales & Service Representative, you will be integral to Crystal Clean's mission to keep businesses safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible. You will play a hands-on role operating vacuum trucks to manage approved waste streams at customer locations, handling equipment such as hoses and waste storage units. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while uncovering new business opportunities within your assigned territory. This position blends practical sales responsibilities with technical service duties, offering daily variety and the chance to work independently while representing the company professionally.
The position involves coordinating efficient routes to minimize travel time, adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements, including Department of Transportation (DOT) standards, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service. Candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset will thrive in this role. Safety is a top priority, and you will engage in promoting safe work behaviors while also handling the physical demands of the job, such as lifting hoses and equipment up to 55 pounds and climbing ladders when necessary.
Crystal Clean provides full company-paid training and supports your professional growth with advancement opportunities in a stable and expanding industry. You will become part of a diverse workforce that celebrates inclusion and fosters a supportive culture. The comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, and employee assistance programs, making this an attractive career path for those seeking stability and growth in the environmental services sector.
