The Route Driver (Base Pay plus Commission) position at Sodexo, based out of the INREACH Dallas location, is a full-time role with a pay rate of $18.08 per hour. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and service-focused team, contributing to the successful delivery and stocking of products across vending, self-checkout, and office coffee service channels. Working primarily on weekday morning shifts, route drivers play a vital role in ensuring continuous product supply, maintaining quality assurance, and supporting client satisfaction through excellent customer service.

As a Route Driver, you will be responsible for driving a vehicle that qualifies under the Motor Carrier Act exemption from overtime pay, managing assigned delivery routes efficiently, and maintaining proper stock levels in customer vending machines, markets, or coffee supply areas. This position demands reliability, adaptability, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
