The role of Route Service Delivery Driver at Primo Brands is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and safe driving. This position is based in Tucson, Arizona, and operates Monday through Friday with some Saturdays depending on business needs, or a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. The start time is between 6 am and 7 am, continuing until the workload is completed. As a Route Service Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering Primo Brands' products to residential, commercial, and retail customers, maintaining premium customer service standards, and ensuring safe operation of a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).

This job requires a combination of driving skills, customer interaction, and sales abilities. You will be expected to not only deliver products but also to upsell additional products and services to promote growth. Managing account information accurately and providing professional water dispenser cleaning services are also key parts of the role. Safety is paramount, with strict adherence to safety policies including the prohibition of electronic device use while driving and proper completion of DOT documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • ability to lift and carry heavy loads

  • ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • ability to operate a commercial motor vehicle
  • availability for early morning start times
  • ability to work a 45-hour or more workweek

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
  • high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
  • service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
  • ability to work independently and efficiently
  • ability to effectively interact with customers in various settings
  • ability to lift and carry 250+ units per day weighing up to 45 pounds
  • ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40-55 times daily
  • ability to work an average 45-hour week including variable start/end times
  • ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull and walk throughout the day
  • possession of a clean driving record with no disqualifying offenses in the last 3 years
  • must be 21 years or older

Job Duties

  • Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
  • follow defined safe work practices
  • complete DOT required documentation daily
  • adhere to safety policies including prohibited use of electronic devices while driving
  • report any on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status
  • provide courteous and professional customer service
  • deliver correct products to specified locations on scheduled days and times
