Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- clean driving record with no significant violations
- ability to lift and carry heavy loads
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- ability to operate a commercial motor vehicle
- availability for early morning start times
- ability to work a 45-hour or more workweek
- proficiency in English to communicate effectively
- strong customer service and sales orientation
Job Qualifications
- Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
- ability to work independently and efficiently
- ability to effectively interact with customers in various settings
- ability to lift and carry 250+ units per day weighing up to 45 pounds
- ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40-55 times daily
- ability to work an average 45-hour week including variable start/end times
- ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull and walk throughout the day
- possession of a clean driving record with no disqualifying offenses in the last 3 years
- must be 21 years or older
Job Duties
- Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
- follow defined safe work practices
- complete DOT required documentation daily
- adhere to safety policies including prohibited use of electronic devices while driving
- report any on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status
- provide courteous and professional customer service
- deliver correct products to specified locations on scheduled days and times
- maintain delivery information, cash, and receipts accurately
- identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and provide solutions to leadership
- support team decisions and assist colleagues
- perform professional water dispenser cleaning following quality standards
- adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines
- upsell additional products and services to existing customers
- achieve monthly customer acquisition goals
