Job Requirements

Must have a clean motor vehicle record
Ability to obtain and maintain DOT Medical Card for at least one year
Must live within 60 minutes of the Springfield warehouse
Ability to lift and bend for up to 60 percent of the daily work hours
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to drive a 26,000 lb GVW truck for extended periods
Ability to repeatedly step up onto and off the back of the truck 3 feet from the ground
Ability to deliver product using a hand truck with loads up to 500 lbs
Willingness to travel up to 50 percent, including overnight stays
Must be at least 21 years old

Job Qualifications

High school diploma
Demonstrated customer service ability
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Professional image and entrepreneurial spirit
DOT Medical Card with minimum one-year certification
Valid operator's license with a safe driving record
Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

Training store employees as required
Cleaning up after leaving a store, including breaking down all pizza boxes and avoiding damage during deliveries
Assisting the Account Manager with unloading product after primary responsibilities
Taking ownership of customer service by greeting customers with a friendly attitude
Assisting in the installation of new accounts and store sampling
Serving customers during Manager absences or holiday periods as needed
Traveling to other districts to support route delivery and customer service
Learning to bake pizzas and making presentations to potential customers
Maintaining communication through voicemail and email during business hours
Resolving problems within scope and escalating issues appropriately
Completing required paperwork and following all procedures promptly
Participating in training courses and professional development
Helping to keep warehouse clean and organized
Making bank deposits for collected monies when required
Supporting and implementing company policies and decisions
