Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a similar role preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • capable of standing for extended periods
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • food handler’s certification is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience working multiple stations in a high-volume kitchen
  • a passion for seafood and oysters or eagerness to learn quickly
  • strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality
  • a positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for growth

Job Duties

  • Rotate between all stations in the kitchen, executing dishes to Row 34 standards
  • support prep and service with precision, speed, and attention to detail
  • maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards
  • collaborate with fellow cooks and leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
