Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capable of standing for extended periods
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- food handler’s certification is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience working multiple stations in a high-volume kitchen
- a passion for seafood and oysters or eagerness to learn quickly
- strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality
- a positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for growth
Job Duties
- Rotate between all stations in the kitchen, executing dishes to Row 34 standards
- support prep and service with precision, speed, and attention to detail
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards
- collaborate with fellow cooks and leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
- demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
