This full-time, non-management position is based at the Westin hotel located at 601 S College St, Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves essential maintenance and repair work focused primarily on minor plumbing and general upkeep tasks within the hotel premises. As a member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for addressing plumbing issues such as unclogging drains and toilets, fixing leaks in faucets or plugs, and performing minor repairs including adjusting toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and repairing wall holes. Preventive maintenance of tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubricating, is also a critical aspect of this job.

Safety and professionalism are paramount, requiring strict adherence to all company and safety policies, reporting any maintenance concerns or hazards, and participating in safety training and certifications. The position demands a keen attention to personal appearance and confidentiality to protect company assets and maintain high standards of guest interaction.
