Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area
- OR two-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Two years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage operations in rooms departments
- Proactive approach to guest and employee concerns
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and compliance
- Ability to perform quality audits
- Experience in human resource management
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and team motivation
Job Qualifications

- Proficient in managing financial and operational reports
- Knowledge of quality audit processes
- Experience in handling human resource activities including interviewing and hiring
- Ability to foster a positive work environment and address employee relations
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and upholding brand standards
Job Duties
- Assist in managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments
- Lead a specific team to meet or exceed property goals
- Monitor compliance with standards and procedures
- Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction
- Manage scheduling against guest and hours/occupied room goals
- Perform hourly job functions as needed
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring decisions
- Communicate updates on goals and results with employees
- Take proactive approaches in dealing with guest and employee concerns
- Verify team capabilities to meet expectations
- Publish guest satisfaction results timely
- Assist and teach team scheduling
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
