We are currently seeking a full-time Rooms Operations Manager to join the Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway team in Atlanta, Georgia. This management position offers an annual salary range of $59,000 to $73,000 and includes eligibility for bonuses. The Rooms Operations Manager will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and maximizing financial performance across the rooms divisions, which include front office, engineering/maintenance, and housekeeping departments.
This role is pivotal in assisting with managing all aspects of rooms operations while supervising and mentoring team members to achieve departmental and property-wide goals. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area
- OR two-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Two years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area
