Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- Or 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- Ability to work full-time overnight shift
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Proactive approach to guest and employee satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments and functions concurrently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Or 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in relevant field
- Proven leadership and team management skills

- Ability to analyze financial and operational data to drive improvements

Job Duties
- Assists in managing execution of all operations in the rooms area departments such as Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping
- Leads specific team by verifying goals related to guest tracking and productivity
- Nurtures a property environment emphasizing motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a passion for service
- Monitors and publishes guest satisfaction results, reviews and responds to employee and guest concerns proactively
- Assists in managing financial performance including reviewing financial statements and cost reduction initiatives
- Conducts human resource activities including interviewing, hiring decisions, training, and employee feedback
- Performs hourly job functions and other duties as assigned to meet business needs
