Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
  • Or 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
  • Ability to work full-time overnight shift
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Proactive approach to guest and employee satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and functions concurrently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • Or 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in relevant field
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of guest satisfaction and employee engagement principles
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational data to drive improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to hospitality service culture and continuous improvement

Job Duties

  • Assists in managing execution of all operations in the rooms area departments such as Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping
  • Leads specific team by verifying goals related to guest tracking and productivity
  • Nurtures a property environment emphasizing motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a passion for service
  • Monitors and publishes guest satisfaction results, reviews and responds to employee and guest concerns proactively
  • Assists in managing financial performance including reviewing financial statements and cost reduction initiatives
  • Conducts human resource activities including interviewing, hiring decisions, training, and employee feedback
  • Performs hourly job functions and other duties as assigned to meet business needs
