The Old No. 77 Hotel, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality's portfolio, is a fine boutique hotel ideally situated just three blocks from the vibrant French Quarter in New Orleans. The position available is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Rooms division at the Old No. 77 Hotel. This includes management of the front office, housekeeping, guest services, and concierge departments. The role requires ensuring seamless guest experiences through operational excellence and maintaining high service standards. The incumbent is expected to optimize financial performance by monitoring room revenue, occupancy rates, and collaborating with revenue management teams. They will lead and motivate departmental teams to achieve efficiency and uphold the hotel’s brand standards. The role also demands conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to maintain cleanliness and quality, monitoring guest feedback for service improvements, and recruiting and coaching associates to foster high performance.
