We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professionals to join our team at St. Regis in Atlanta, Georgia, located at 88 W Paces Ferry Rd NW. This full-time, non-management position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our renowned luxury hospitality experience. As a vital member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and brand reputation. The role involves inspecting cleaned rooms, addressing guest and interdepartmental requests promptly, and accurately documenting room status on assignment sheets and control checklists. You will observe strict compliance with company safety policies and procedures, report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or incidents, and maintain consistently professional personal appearance and uniform standards.
Moreover, this role requires physical endurance and ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 55 pounds, maneuvering cleaning carts, and navigating various environments including confined spaces, uneven surfaces, and stairways. You will participate actively in supporting team goals, offering assistance to colleagues, and maintaining confidentiality of company information and assets. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, guests, and management.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year related work experience
- ability to perform physical tasks involving lifting, bending, reaching, and moving objects
- competency in completing assigned housekeeping paperwork and checklists

Job Duties
- Enter the status of clean rooms in assignment sheets
- complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of each assigned area
- complete required paperwork for the housekeeping department
- identify room assignments and type of cleaning required for each
- inspect guest rooms after they are cleaned by housekeepers
- promptly respond to requests from guests and other departments
- enter guest rooms following procedures to ensure proper access and vacancy before entry
- assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
- serve as a role model
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
- maintain confidentiality of company information
