Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 55 pounds with assistance for heavier loads
- Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and move in confined spaces
- Ability to use computers or point of sale systems
- Commitment to safety and company policies
- Professional and clean personal appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain professional appearance
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
Job Duties
- Enter the status of cleaned rooms in assignment sheets
- Complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of assigned areas
- Complete required Housekeeping Department paperwork
- Identify room assignments and classify required cleaning
- Inspect guest rooms after Housekeeper service
- Respond promptly to guest and other department requests
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, advising, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
