Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 55 pounds with assistance for heavier loads
  • Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and move in confined spaces
  • Ability to use computers or point of sale systems
  • Commitment to safety and company policies
  • Professional and clean personal appearance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain professional appearance
  • Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members

Job Duties

  • Enter the status of cleaned rooms in assignment sheets
  • Complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of assigned areas
  • Complete required Housekeeping Department paperwork
  • Identify room assignments and classify required cleaning
  • Inspect guest rooms after Housekeeper service
  • Respond promptly to guest and other department requests
  • Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, advising, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
