- Previous experience in Front Office and/or Housekeeping, ideally within a luxury or lifestyle resort environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Excellent communication and interdepartmental coordination skills
- A genuine guest-first attitude paired with a warm, approachable demeanor

Job Duties
- Assist with managing staff schedules
- Oversee payroll processing and incentive tracking
- Handle purchase orders and maintain inventory
- Coordinate ordering of supplies and equipment
- Manage room blocks, guest requests, and traces
- Respond to guest invoice copy requests
- Support ongoing projects and input schedules into the Hotel Effectiveness system
- Assist with Housekeeping opening procedures as needed
- Perform various administrative and office tasks as assigned
