Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in Front Office and/or Housekeeping, ideally within a luxury or lifestyle resort environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Excellent communication and interdepartmental coordination skills
  • A genuine guest-first attitude paired with a warm, approachable demeanor

Job Duties

  • Assist with managing staff schedules
  • Oversee payroll processing and incentive tracking
  • Handle purchase orders and maintain inventory
  • Coordinate ordering of supplies and equipment
  • Manage room blocks, guest requests, and traces
  • Respond to guest invoice copy requests
  • Support ongoing projects and input schedules into the Hotel Effectiveness system
  • Assist with Housekeeping opening procedures as needed
  • Perform various administrative and office tasks as assigned
