The role also entails reviewing and tracking room availability and out-of-order statuses, ensuring rate accuracy according to market codes, and adjusting guest billing where necessary.
Beyond these operational tasks, the position requires effective communication with other departments to coordinate guest requests and guarantee that all guests’ needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Maintaining confidentiality, adhering strictly to company policies, and presenting a professional appearance are essential components of the job. The role also involves active participation in quality assurance processes and supporting the team to meet collective goals.
As a part-time associate at Marriott, employees benefit from a range of perks including a 401(k) plan, stock purchase plan, commuter benefits, employee assistance programs, and childcare discounts.
