- Full knowledge of the food and beverage items offered on the menu
- Full knowledge of preparation and garnishments of cocktails, beers, and wines offered

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to guests at all times
- Greet and seat guests dining in the restaurant as needed
- Prepare orders for in-room dining to include all condiments and utensils
- Deliver orders to guest rooms
- Use the clean as you go method to ensure the work area is presentable at all times
