Room Service/Food Runner

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an in-room dining server or food runner for the PM shift. This position can be either full-time or part-time based on the availability of the candidate. The role requires flexibility, including working weekends, to meet the demands of our busy environment. As an in-room dining server or food runner, you will play a critical role in delivering seamless dining experiences to our guests, ensuring timely and accurate order preparation and delivery. You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests in the restaurant when necessary, handling orders with care, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area using the "clean as you go" method. This position demands excellent customer service skills, physical stamina to stand for long periods, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Additionally, comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu, including cocktails, beers, and wines, is essential to meet guest expectations and answer any inquiries they may have.
