Job Requirements

  • must have 1-year related experience in a high-volume, high energy, food and beverage environment
  • must be available to work nights and weekends
  • must be regularly required to move about during work
  • must frequently operate server station tools and equipment
  • must frequently communicate with guests, employees, and management
  • must be able to move up to 30 pounds frequently
  • must have specific vision abilities including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Job Qualifications

  • 1-year related experience in a high-volume, high energy, food and beverage environment
  • availability to work nights and weekends
  • alcohol service certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Greet guests
  • take orders
  • serve food and beverages
  • collect payments
  • be thoroughly knowledgeable on the menu, daily specials, and beverages
  • enter orders into Point-of-Sale System
  • maintain accurate guests cover counts
  • verify sales
  • monitor guest alcohol consumption
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of the room service kitchen and service area
  • stock and replenish supplies and equipment
  • remove trash
  • sweep and mop floors
  • comply with regulations pertaining to food quality, cleanliness, sanitation standards, alcohol service, and safety
  • complete all other duties as assigned
