Job Requirements

  • One-year related experience in a high-volume, high energy, food and beverage environment
  • availability to work nights and weekends
  • regularly required to move about
  • frequently operate and use server station tools and equipment
  • communicate with guests, employees, and management
  • must move up to 30 pounds frequently
  • specific vision abilities including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Job Qualifications

  • One-year related experience in a high-volume, high energy, food and beverage environment
  • availability to work nights and weekends
  • alcohol service certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Greets guests
  • takes orders
  • serves food and beverages
  • collects payments
  • knowledgeable on the menu, daily specials, and beverages
  • enters orders into Point-of-Sale system
  • maintains accurate guests cover counts
  • totals receipts correctly
  • verifies sales
  • requests proper identification for alcoholic beverages
  • responsible for cleanliness and organization of room service kitchen and service area
  • stocks and replenishes supplies and equipment
  • removes trash
  • sweeps and mops floors
  • complies with all food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, alcohol service, and safety regulations
  • completes all other duties as assigned
