  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • ability to move about frequently during shifts
  • capability to operate server station tools and equipment
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and management
  • ability to move up to 30 pounds frequently
  • specific vision abilities including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • one year related experience in a high-volume, high energy food and beverage environment

  • knowledge of menu, daily specials, and beverage options
  • ability to use point-of-sale system
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • alcohol service certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests
  • make suggestions regarding food and beverages
  • take and deliver orders
  • answer questions or concerns
  • monitor guest alcohol consumption
  • set and break down room service areas
  • maintain accurate guest cover counts
