- Must have basic knowledge of food deliverance
- Ability to read and understand menus and dining tickets
- Ability to remember menu specifics including proper plate ware set-up and garnishment
- Ability to transport trays weighing up to 40 lbs
- Maintain a positive attitude throughout shift
- Must have fast ability to move throughout multiple tasks with exceptional execution
- Ability to work as a team player

Job Duties
- Learn all menu items in food and beverage outlets and the proper garnishments to execute proper plate set-up
- Prepare trays and deliver to rooms
- Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area
- Maintain complete guest satisfaction by adhering to service standards
- Check floors to ensure all trays and carts are retrieved
- Perform other duties as assigned
