The Guest Service Expert is responsible for multiple tasks that require mobility and physical endurance, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; navigating uneven or slippery surfaces; and managing physical activities such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds with assistance. In addition to handling the practical elements of service, the Guest Service Expert ensures that all work areas remain clean and well-organized, collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to maintain smooth operations. This position does not require supervisory experience and is suitable for individuals with less than one year of related work experience and a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- less than 1 year related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
