This opportunity is for a full-time Substitute Food and Beverage team member working primarily the evening shift. This non-management position offers a pay range of $18.39 to $24.52 per hour plus tips, reflecting the importance of guest satisfaction and rewarding high-quality service. The selected candidate will have an essential role in welcoming guests warmly and serving them with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will be responsible for managing transactions using the MICROS point-of-sale system accurately and ensuring the dining area remains immaculate by resetting tables and restocking supplies.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred

  • Previous server experience considered an advantage

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and attend tables promptly
  • Serve food and beverages to guests and provide recommendations as needed
  • Share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
  • Record transactions accurately and timely using the MICROS system
  • Approach guests to ensure satisfaction with every dish and drink
  • Clean tables, complete closing duties, and replenish dishware and supplies
