This role is for a full-time, non-management Food and Beverage team member at the West Hollywood location. Paying between $20.00 and $20.22 per hour plus tips, this position invites individuals who are passionate about food and beverage service and eager to create memorable dining experiences. As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will greet guests warmly, serve food and beverages promptly, and ensure each customer enjoys the highest standards of hospitality. You will be the face of the dining experience, with responsibilities including menu knowledge sharing, taking and processing orders using the MICROS system, timely table service, and maintaining cleanliness and restocking duties.

The role requires standing and walking for extended periods, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and wearing a clean, professional uniform at all times. Candidates with previous waiter experience are preferred but not mandatory. The position also emphasizes teamwork, positive attitude, excellent conversational skills, and a genuine desire to deliver excellent service from the heart, going beyond scripted interactions.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and attend to tables promptly
  • Serve food and beverages to guests and provide recommendations when necessary
  • Share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
  • Accurately and timely record transactions in the MICROS system
  • Approach guests to ensure satisfaction with every dish and drink
  • Clean tables, complete closing tasks, and replenish dishware and supplies
