Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a warm, professional guest-service approach
- Ability to deliver items with care, attention to detail, and polished presentation
- Excellent time-management skills to ensure prompt and efficient service
- Ability to work independently and stay organized while managing multiple orders
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly to guest requests
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and personal accountability
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
- Comfortable navigating guest floors, carrying trays or items, and working in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent experience or training required
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with basic food handling and sanitation practices
- High volume and/or fine dining experience preferred
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
- Able to carry, pull, push weight up to 40+ pounds with or without assistance
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience or training
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with basic food handling and sanitation practices
- High volume and/or fine dining experience preferred
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
Job Duties
- Deliver prompt, polished in-room dining service with attention to presentation
- Answer menu questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations by phone
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify guest identification
- Maintain sanitation, safety and cleanliness standards throughout service
- Provide friendly, professional interaction with guests and team members
