Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service industry
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physically able to perform duties including carrying trays and walking

- knowledge of food and beverage safety standards

- knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits

Job Duties
- take guest orders over the phone and deliver food and beverage to guest rooms
- ensure accurate food orders and timely delivery
- be thoroughly familiar with menus, ingredients, and preparation methods
- know the room layout and property amenities
- collect orders from the kitchen ensuring correctness
- submit signed checks and reconcile daily sales
- assist with collection and breakdown of room service trays and items
- consistently deliver courteous and professional service
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal appearance
