Currently, The Belgrove is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Room Service Server to join their team. This role is integral to ensuring guests enjoy seamless in-room dining experiences by accurately taking orders over the phone and efficiently delivering food and beverage items to guest rooms. The Room Service Server’s responsibilities include collecting orders from the kitchen and ensuring accuracy before prompt delivery to guests, submitting signed checks, reconciling daily sales, and assisting with the collection and proper breakdown of food and beverage items from guest rooms. A key aspect of the role is consistently practicing high standards of service etiquette, delivering courteous and professional service at all times, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness and personal appearance. The candidate must possess an engaging and welcoming personality, coupled with 2-4 years of experience in food service, and knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits. The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential, as is a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
