We are currently seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our In-Room Dining and Private Bar operations at Four Seasons Hotel Boston. In this role, you will plan, organize, and direct the Room Service Department to ensure an unparalleled guest experience. The ideal candidate brings passion for service excellence and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining visibility and engagement with the team and guests. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with Food & Beverage leadership and the culinary team to design elevated in-room dining menus, curate exclusive amenities, and maintain consistent quality throughout our 24-hour operations.

In addition to managing food and beverage standards, you will supervise private bar services known as "The Vault" and oversee related amenity programs, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple departments. This role demands strong financial acumen to control labor costs, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and quality assurance. The leader must be proactive, continuously evaluating facilities and processes to optimize operations and foster both guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $88,733, reflecting the importance of this role within our esteemed hotel. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years food and beverage supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural core standards policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service cost control labor control maintenance merchandising and accounting
  • Ability to operate computer equipment and food and beverage systems
  • Proficiency in English reading writing and oral communication
  • Prior leadership experience in hospitality preferred
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Ability to work varying schedules based on business needs

Job Duties

  • Plan organize and direct all aspects of the Room Service Department
  • Collaborate with Food and Beverage leadership and culinary team to develop in-room dining offerings
  • Oversee private bar services including The Vault
  • Manage amenity programs and coordinate with other F and B areas
  • Control labor budgeting purchasing and inventory
