We are currently seeking a Room Service Manager at the Department Head level to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team, working directly alongside the Director of Food and Beverage. This role is pivotal to ensuring that our guests receive impeccable room service aligned with our high standards of luxury and hospitality. The Room Service Manager will be responsible for supervising and inspiring room service staff, overseeing daily operations, maintaining outstanding product quality, and enhancing guest satisfaction through attentive and personalized service. This leadership role fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere while effectively managing team performance through coaching, evaluations, and recognition programs.

In this role, the Room Service Manager will also play a critical part in identifying trends in guest feedback and service quality, implementing corrective measures as necessary to continuously improve standards. Collaborating with marketing efforts and upselling strategies is another key component that helps increase food and beverage revenue across the property. The manager will be expected to bring a genuine sense of hospitality and approachability to their leadership style, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience during their stay.

Job Requirements

  • Previous management or supervisory experience including bar management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Previous food service experience with the ability to perform multiple jobs within the restaurant
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays as required
