Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in room service or food and beverage operations
- At least 1 year in supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems, service ticketing, inventory control, and budgeting
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to comply with sanitation and safety standards
- Understanding of Hilton Hotels policies and local, state, and federal regulations
Job Qualifications

- Hospitality or culinary degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in room service or food and beverage operations
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of POS systems, service ticketing, inventory control, and departmental budgeting
- Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills
Job Duties
- Motivate, interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, discipline, and evaluate room service staff for efficient operations
- Schedule and direct staff in their work assignments
- Ensure room service compliance with sanitation and safety standards for guests and employees
- Ensure all equipment is in working order
- Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction, ensuring food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback, investigate and resolve guest complaints promptly
- Coordinate special requests including delivery of amenities
- Document inventory, forecast usage, and monitor supply to ensure room service is stocked with necessary items
- Ensure compliance with all Hilton Hotels policies and applicable laws and regulations related to room service
