Job Requirements

  • ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
  • ability to walk and stand for long periods
  • ability to repeatedly push, stoop, reach above the shoulders, grasp, pull, bend, lift and walk for duration of shift
  • ability to obtain all necessary work cards
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or hospitality

Job Duties

  • having a detailed knowledge of the menu, daily specials, beverages, preparation of food, and prices
  • observing and anticipating guests' needs throughout their meals
  • ensuring cleanliness of the tables/trays and maintaining their overall appearance
  • responsible for pre-bussing and table maintenance at all times including plates, flatware, beverage glasses, coffee mugs, and dessert dishes
  • delivering service with a personal touch and delighting guests whenever possible
  • walking and standing for long periods while performing duties
  • managing time effectively with minimum supervision
