- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- ability to serve food and beverages efficiently
- willingness to perform cleaning and set up duties
- ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- ability to follow health and safety protocols
- complete safety training and certifications

Job Duties
- provide professional, courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- clean and set up tables and perform food service related duties including general cleaning
- serve water, bread, and coffee while greeting guests by name
- stack trays properly and ensure safety standards are adhered to
- complete closing duties including storing and breaking down goods, cleaning equipment, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, and locking doors
- set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware prior to use
