We are currently seeking a diligent and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring that all guest rooms and public spaces meet the rigorous cleanliness standards that define our brand. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for preparing staff schedules and completing work distribution reports, guaranteeing that all sections receive adequate coverage. Daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas will be conducted to maintain optimal hygiene and presentation. The role also involves training new associates and providing ongoing training to existing team members to uphold service excellence.

An essential part of this position is performing early make-up checks, attending to special guest requests, and prioritizing VIP guests to enhance their stay. The supervisor will maintain accurate records for lost and found items, run departure reports, and meticulously recheck rooms within their assigned sections. In addition, the Housekeeping Supervisor will write up work orders for any necessary repairs and promptly report serious issues such as broken door locks or safety hazards to management to ensure guest and staff safety.
