- experience in high volume environment

- adherence to scheduling, payroll, ordering, and inventory guidelines
- ability to enforce initiatives from executive leadership
Job Qualifications
- food and beverage and culinary experience in high volume environment
- possess strong leadership skills
- effective communication abilities
- sound judgment in decision making
- comprehensive food knowledge including profit and loss statements, cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control, and sanitation
- ability to work in various kitchen environments such as butchering, baking, soups, stocks, sauces, roasting, sautéing, boiling, and cold food
- adhere to company guidelines on scheduling, payroll, ordering, and inventories
- support initiatives given by executive chef and food and beverage director
Job Duties
- create annual budgets
- manage and lead the unit in forecasting and cost controls
- oversee departments to ensure production, fabrication, and quality adhere to specifications
- ensure kitchens and equipment are maintained in good working order
- maintain a clean and hazard-free work area complying with health, OSHA, and company guidelines
- support and enforce initiatives from executive chef and food and beverage director
