Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year cleaning experience required
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and positively
- Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- At least 1 year of cleaning experience (required)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Check housekeeping cart for supplies, stock as needed
- Greet guests immediately with friendly and sincere acknowledgment
- Strip dirty linens/towels and remove used amenities from room/suite
- Clean rooms/suites, as assigned, which includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows/tracks
- Report rooms as clean and available
- Report maintenance deficiencies in order to maintain the room in compliance with hotel standards
- Replenish linen and guest amenities
- Respond to special requests by guests such as providing extra amenities or service time requests
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests using a positive, clear speaking voice
- Be willing and available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
