Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects
- Ability to stand during entire shift
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work within scheduled hours of 8am-7pm
- Availability to work any day of the week
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly
- Ability to stand during entire shift
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
- Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
- Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use
- Replenish chemical bottles
- Report all missing items from rooms to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
- Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
- Handle items for Lost and Found according to standards
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Able to work within the hours of 8am-7pm as scheduled
- Must be able to work any day of the week
