Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
  • Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects
  • Ability to stand during entire shift
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within scheduled hours of 8am-7pm
  • Availability to work any day of the week

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
  • Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly
  • Ability to stand during entire shift
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner

Job Duties

  • Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
  • Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
  • Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
  • Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
  • Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use
  • Replenish chemical bottles
  • Report all missing items from rooms to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
  • Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
  • Handle items for Lost and Found according to standards
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • Able to work within the hours of 8am-7pm as scheduled
  • Must be able to work any day of the week
